– All services are provided based on the specifications and requirements agreed upon between the client and Onwebsys Digitrans LLP.
3. Intellectual Property
– All intellectual property rights associated with the developed websites, software, mobile apps, branding, graphic design, and digital marketing content belong to Onwebsys Digitrans LLP, unless otherwise specified in writing.
– Clients retain intellectual property rights to their content and data provided to us for development or marketing purposes.
4. Payment
– Payment terms and conditions are outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to the client.
– Payment is due upon completion of milestones or as specified in the agreement.
– Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services or termination of the project.
5. Confidentiality
– Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project.
– Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and technical specifications.
6. Warranty and Support
– We provide a warranty period for our services, during which we will address any defects or issues at no additional cost.

– Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
